Job Description:
Responsible for: The IT/office administrator is responsible, through their manager, for the day-to-day collating and inputting of data and general office administration ensuring the smooth effective running of the department.

Our innovative ‘Wrap around’ project has developed through evaluation and professionalism, efficiency and successful implementation, whilst complimenting (not duplicating) the existing provision offered by statutory or voluntary agencies. We continue to focus on the social and personal needs of the single homeless and vulnerable people through our emergency accommodation service. We are continually developing our Mental Health support services within Halton, Warrington and the Liverpool City Region and neighbouring boroughs-as part of our strategy for long term sustainability.
Our aim is to provide the vulnerable and their communities a better chance of life, with the opportunity to develop and improve their life skills and mental health. This is achieved through an effective integrated suite of services delivering emergency accommodation and mental health support whilst progressing through an accredited training package to support beneficiaries with their tenancies.
About the job:
To support the Team to deliver outstanding support. Through providing comprehensive, professional, and effective administrative support to the departmental manager. To implement, document, and maintain databases and have excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to deal with sensitive information and be experienced in diary and appointment management, report writing and confident knowledge in using the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
The post holder will also indirectly support beneficiaries who access our accommodation Service with regards to related matters as and when needed, this is not exhaustive as other duties and requirements may be required within the role.
